★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caro demais pela que oferece, zelador mau educado, porteiros lentos e sem vontade de trabalhar, estruturas antigas, fiação ruim e velha, única coisa boa é que fica próximo do shopping e mercado.
Too expensive for what it offers, poor polite janitor, slow and unwilling porters to work, old structures, bad old wiring, only good thing is that it is close to the mall and market.

O Cond. é antigo, mas alguns apartamentos são reformados, então pra comprar ou alugar tem que pesquisar mesmo pq varia muito de ap pra ap. Só acho o valor do condomínio muito caro, mas deve ser porque a conta água está incluso no valor.
Great location, close to everything. Safe neighborhood. The Cond. is old, but some apartments are renovated, so to buy or rent you have to research even because it varies a lot from ap to ap. I only find the value of the condominium very expensive, but it must be because the water bill is even in value.
