É um bom lugar para morar. Bem cuidado e administrado por síndico morador e, para conjuntos habitacionais desse porte, "isso faz a diferença". Faz a diferença porque o síndico, quando é morador, está sempre presente e se preocupa com a valorização do bem imóvel do local que ele tem sua propriedade. Já o síndico profissional, é um administrador ausente e de difícil convívio com os condôminos.
