Todo tipo de obra no condomínio sempre sendo realizadas por funcionários do próprio condomínio, inclusive porteiro. Exemplo: Hidráulica, Pintura, Reforma em telhados.
Não contratam mão de obra especializada.
I enjoyed living in this place. Negatives: A lot of noise at the next school on Saturday mornings.
All type of work in the condominium always being performed by employees of the condominium itself, including concierge. Example: Hydraulics, Painting, Roofing.
They do not hire specialized labor.

Não exite portaria 24 horas.
