★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É abandonado pelos responsáveis, assinei um contrato de um ano e só por isso permaneço aqui, mais é um descaso total, é muito quente, tem que limpar sempre as paredes pq dá muito mofo, tem vários vazamentos daqui para o terreno da casa ao lado, e pra piorar é uma dor de cabeça enorme com roubo de luz, tem que tá pagando eletricista particular pra ficar tirando gato da nossa energia pois o responsável pelo prédio não faz nada, o teto sede e fica caindo tanto dentro quanto nos corredores, é triste! Assim que acabar meu contrato vou me mudar.
