★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problemas com segurança na área, tive um carro furtado tbm, a segurança se recusou a mostrar imagens. Pintura desgastada parece que pegou fogo no prédio, trincas estruturais, na alvenaria, falta de para-raio no condomínio, descaso com manutenção geral.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é muito bonito e arrumado, contudo isto não esconde questões básicas que o local pouco cumpre. Estou aqui a três anos e dificilmente ficamos mais de um mês sem problemas com a água. Não são interrupções curtas, mas sim intervalos de 18, 24 e até 48 horas sem água. Interrupções elétricas e de gás também ocorrem em uma quantidade maior do que a que se deveria. Interfone passa mais dias em manutenção do que funcionando de fato. Entendo que que síndico faz o que consegue e é bem pro-ativo, talvez seja uma questão da construtura e a administradora. Gosto muito do lugar contudo infelizmente não é um lugar que recomendo para moradia.
The condominium is very beautiful and tidy, however this does not hide basic issues that the place does not meet. I've been here for three years and we've hardly been more than a month without problems with the water. These are not short breaks, but intervals of 18, 24 and even 48 hours without water. Electrical and gas outages also occur in greater amounts than they should. Intercom spends more days in maintenance than actually working. I understand that the trustee does what he can and is very proactive, maybe it's a matter of the construction and the administrator. I really like the place, but unfortunately it's not a place I recommend to live.
