Tem quadra esportiva, salão de festas e alguns brinquedos para a criançada. O pátio é super agradável, com as plantas e flores bem cuidadas e belas bancadas para se sentar e se sintonizar nas boas energias que circulam no local.
A beautiful condo. It is the first of the Rio Negro street. Very well maintained and decorated. All very clean and organized. It has a sports court, a ballroom and some toys for the children. The patio is super nice, with manicured plants and flowers and beautiful benches to sit and tune in good energy circulating on site.
