★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Fiz um orçamento, paguei adiantado, demorou quase 1 mês na entrega. O encaixe da parte molhada com a parte seca veio totalmente errado. Sr Gutembergue depois de tantas ligações e promessas de concerto, mandou um de seus colaboradores fazer o reparo e ficou pior! O rapaz quebrou uma das quinas da pedra, a bancada continua desencontrada. Voltei a reclamar com o proprietário e até hj, isso já fazem 3 meses, não tive reparo. Na pia, toda vez q a louça vai ser lavada é agua na cozinha toda, por conta das pedras estarem só sebrepostas e quebrada. Ultima vez q tentei o contato com o Sr Gutembergue ele informou q o rapaz tinha sido desligado... por conta disso, não tenho como fazer o armário q ficaria sob essas pedras. Enfim. Serviço péssimo, pós venda pior ainda.
Procurem outra marmoraria, pq essa é só buxo e raiva.
Poor experience. I made a budget, paid in advance, took almost 1 month in delivery. The fitting of the wet part with the dry part came completely wrong. Mr Gutembergue, after so many calls and concert promises, sent one of his collaborators to repair and got worse! The boy broke one of the corner of the stone, the bench is still out of balance. I complained again to the owner and until today, this is 3 months ago, I had no repair. In the sink, every time the dishes will be washed is water in the whole kitchen, because the stones are only overlapping and broken. Last time I tried to contact Mr Gutembergue he informed that the boy had been disconnected ... because of that, I have no way to make the closet that would be under these stones. Anyway. Bad service, even worse after sales.
Look for another marble shop, because this is just boxwood and anger.
