★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morei no Mérito Barreto cerca de um ano. Os aumentos recorrentes de aluguel e condomínio me afastaram, mas a estrutura do condomínio é boa, bons vizinhos e bons funcionários. E como a estrutura é nova, é gostoso ver tudo novinho, mas também são apes com menor qualidade. A região não é das melhores, na época ouvia alguns tiroteios e houveram relatos que acertaram algumas janelas do prédio (sem feridos), também soube de alguns assaltos na frente do prédio, principalmente de carros, disseram que as coisas estão melhores hoje, mas não sei dizer! Pelo preço que está hoje o condomínio, os condomínios na rua Palmier parecem valer mais a pena.
I lived in Mérito Barreto for about a year. Recurring rent and condominium increases put me off, but the structure of the condominium is good, good neighbors and good employees. And as the structure is new, it's nice to see everything brand new, but they are also of lesser quality. The region is not the best, at the time I heard some shootings and there were reports that they hit some windows in the building (no injuries), I also heard of some robberies in front of the building, mainly by cars, they said that things are better today, but not I know how to say! At the current price of the condominium, the condominiums on Palmier Street seem to be more worthwhile.
