desvantagens:ao lado do autódromo,dias de corrida haja ouvido e próximo aos prédios populares,se torna perigoso ao redor!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar para se morar! As boas avaliações são de corretores ou proprietários que alugam o apto. Péssima estrutura, acústica devido as corridas entre diversos outros problemas e descaso pela síndica.
Bad place to live! Good ratings are from brokers or homeowners who rent the apt. Bad structure, acoustics due to races among many other problems and disregard for the liquidator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acústica horrível nos apartamentos que ficam do lado da Avenida Interlagos. O movimento de veículos é muito intenso e constante. Até de madrugada é insuportável o barulho de ônibus, caminhões, motos e carros. Dormir torna-se um desafio! O valor da taxa de condomínio é exagerado (R$ 900,00) para os "benefícios". Somente uma vaga de garagem por apartamento - apertada e descoberta. Demora na entrega de "tags" para uso do portão de pedestres.
Horrible acoustics in the apartments on the side of Avenida Interlagos. The movement of vehicles is very intense and constant. Until dawn the noise of buses, trucks, motorbikes and cars is unbearable. Sleeping becomes a challenge! The value of the condominium fee is exaggerated (R $ 900.00) for the "benefits". Only one parking space per apartment - tight and open. It takes delivery of "tags" to use the pedestrian gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima estrutura e acabamento do predio, não só as torres mas também o estacionamento desnivelado e mal feito! Péssima administração por parte da sindicância, que não oferece suporte nenhum caso haja algum problema! Sem falar no preço muito alto cobrado pelo condomínio ( R$900,00 fora o aluguel) que não tem lazer nenhum a não ser um mini salão de festas e uma churrasqueira meia boca. As janelas não são estruturadas para aguentar o barulho do autódromo e da avenida, que é sempre muito incomodo e quando chove entra água nos apartamentos pelas frestas das janelas mal feitas! Arrependimento é a palavra certa para definir o que é morar aqui por menos de 6 meses.

Not to mention the very high price charged by the condominium (R $ 900,00 out of rent) that has no leisure at all except a mini party hall and a half mouth barbecue. The windows are not structured to withstand the noise of the racetrack and the avenue, which is always very uncomfortable and when it rains water enters the apartments through the cracks of badly made windows! Repentance is the right word to define what is living here for less than 6 months.

The apartments are great, but there's no place to park... The location is an inconvenience - there are no nearby streets to stop the car.
