Quiet, good access by car and on foot, security in the watchtowers, but very confusing internal signage for drivers coming for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem recebido na portaria, ambiente limpo e organizado parece ser seguro TMB, as medicações q dão acesso ao condomínio costumar estar sempre em boas condições de uso.
I was well received at the concierge, clean and organized environment seems to be TMB safe, the medications q give access to the condominium usually being in good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora ache que poderia existir melhor esquema de segurança, gostei do condomínio. Os apartamentos são bem espaçosos, os prédios são bem preservados, tudo muito organizado.
Although I think there could be better security, I liked the condo. The apartments are very spacious, the buildings are well preserved, everything is very organized.
