★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na casa de uma amiga, não podia deixar o carro na frente do condomínio. Sendo q era vaga de carro normal! O porteiro encheu o saco para tocar pra frente sai da minha vaga colocando o bico do carro beirando a rodovia. Um saco, existe diferencial de prioridade, entre pessoas q alugam apartamento e donos q moram lá, em fim não gostei. E olha e eu fui só visitar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente condominio. Perto de tudo. Shopping, Mc donalds, Centro da cidade. Ha 5 anos atras fui negociar a compra de um imovel e desisti, pois o condominio em si era um lixo. Tudo muito sujo e acabado.
Hoje Parabenizo a atual sindica, que por sinal foi muito educada e prestativa conosco. Retornei para comprar um apartamento, pois hoje compensa investir no condominio. Tudo muito organizado e limpo.A sindica tem uma administracao excelente. So falta pintar por fora, porque a parte interna esta tudo muito bonito. Parabens a Dona Yeda sindica desse condominio que com a dificuldades do dia a dia ainda conseguiu deixar esse condominio muito bom.
Somos moradores de condominio fechado e estamos investindo nele, pois tudo se encaixou:lugar, condominio em si, tamanho dos apartamentos.Estamos super felizes por ter realizado esse investimento.Parabens!!!
