★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim o síndico uma pessoa que só sabe cobrar e não cumpre com as suas obrigações morei ai um ano e paguei todos os meses o condomínio em dia ...nao sabe nem administrar um prédio cobra coisas indevidas.. como o telefone que fica na casa dele e é cobrado dia condôminos quando precisamos dele ele nunca está só a mulher dele que atende uma vergonha
Too bad the liquidator a person who only knows how to charge and does not fulfill his obligations lived there a year and paid the condo on time every month ... can not even manage a building charges improper things .. like the phone that is in his house is charged day when we need him he is never alone his wife who meets a shame
