Tem área de lazer excelente, mas como faz um tempinho que foi entregue está naquela fase que todo condomínio passa que é manutenção da quadra, salão gourmet. Fui lá para encontrar um apto para alugar, mas é difícil. Tem muitos para vender. O condomínio estava na faixa de 550,00. É um apto muitíssimo bom. O tamanho da unidade também é boa. Não sou corretora de imóveis então estou falando isso porque queria alugar. Tem garagem coberta. A administração é organizada. Uma coisa que o porteiro me disse quando fui lá é que fica perto de um buffet, mas que o condomínio já entrou num acordo com os donos do buffet sobre o som. Bem, foi isso que soube de lá. Espero ter ajudado.
People, Parc Liberté is well located. It is there in Guararapes.
