★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio antigo, bem localizado, rua fácil de chegar e sair, pena q é um retorno complicado pra chegar em sair. mas com bom acesso. Estacionamento complicado e 1 vaga por apto. Portaria salva por dedicação de uns funcionários. Aptos bons, grandes e bem iluminados, aconchegantes, pena n ter piscina, pouco espaço de área comum. Num bairro bom.
Old building, well located, easy street to get to and from, too bad it's a complicated return to get to and get out. but with good access. Complicated parking and 1 spot per apartment. Ordinance saved by dedication of some employees. Good, large and well-lit, cozy apartments, too bad they don't have a pool, little common area space. In a good neighborhood.
