Moradores bons estão se mudando porque não aguentam mais reclamar de barulhos, vizinhos dos andares de cima não respeitam, jogam água nas janelas, fazem barulho arrastando coisas e com som até de madrugada, e quando ligamos na portaria para tomar providências, a resposta é que não tem zelador no condomínio e que não tem o que fazer, isso porque pagamos e caro no condomínio e não temos administração nenhuma. Hoje minha classificação para esse lugar em modo geral é zero.
This condo used to be good, today it's a mess, it has no administration. Good residents are moving because they can't stand to complain about noise anymore, neighbors on the upper floors don't respect it, they throw water on the windows, they make noise dragging things and with sound until dawn, and when we call the concierge to take action, the answer is that there is no caretaker in the condominium and there is nothing to do, that's because we pay and expensive in the condominium and we don't have any administration. Today my rating for this place in general is zero.
