★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perto de vários mercados, do hospital e 10 minutos de lotação do metrô. Só o prédio é um pouco antigo mas o restante é ótimo.
Close to several markets, the hospital and 10 minutes from the metro. Only the building is a little old but the rest is great.

The only thing I did not find good and did not have an elevator. But a good, flat apartment building does not get to be tight by space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, condomínio residencial com pessoas bem educadas. Sugestão : Abrir espaço do salão de festas, para comércio como: feiras , barracas de lanches, doces, artesanais. E um parte do valor converteria para melhoria dos prédios.
Well, residential condominium with well educated people. Suggestion: Open space in the party room, for trade such as: fairs, snack stands, sweets, crafts. And a part of the value would be converted to improving the buildings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço do condomínio é ótimo, bastante área verde, árvores frutíferas. Mas, se você busca tranquilidade esse não é o lugar. Muito barulho.
The condominium space is great, plenty of green area, fruit trees. But if you are looking for tranquility this is not the place. Much noise.
