★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já morei nesse lugar e tenho parentes que ainda moram lá, alguns anos era terrível moral lá por conta da malandragem local, depois melhorou , trocou de síndicos e hoje em dia voltou a ficar ruim. Lugar de ninguém onde todos entram e os direitos dos moradores mais antigos não são respeitados. Por exemplo , meus pais (idosos) nem garagem tem mais por conta de "alguns" espertinhos que acham ser donos do lugar e alugaram suas vagas para vizinhos de outros prédios (no caso o prédio aí lado). CDHU esqueceu dos moradores de lá . Estado né ,paciência ?
I've lived in this place and I have relatives who still live there, some years there was terrible morals there because of the local trickery, then it got better, I changed managers and today it got bad again. Nobody's place where everyone enters and the rights of the oldest residents are not respected. For example, my parents (elderly) don't even have a garage anymore because of "some" smart people who think they own the place and have rented their spaces to neighbors in other buildings (in this case, the building next door). CDHU forgot about the residents there. State right, patience ?
