★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom empreendimento imobiliário, no bairro da Barra funda, que ainda deve se tornar um grande polo empresarial e residencial em bem pouco tempo. Os apartamentos sao muito bem projetados, para casais no inicio de vida. Ótima área de lazer, diversos serviços p os condôminos, com boa oferta de transporte publico. Ainda requer melhoras por parte do poder publico nas adjacências, mas em breve deve ser revitalizado com a chegada de novos empreendimentos, tornando seu visual melhor.
 Very good real estate development, in the Barra funda neighborhood, which should still become a major business and residential hub in a very short time. The apartments are very well designed, for couples in early life. Great leisure area, several services for residents, with good public transport offer. It still requires improvements on the part of the public authorities in the vicinity, but it should soon be revitalized with the arrival of new developments, making it look better.
