★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou morador do local mas esperava q fosse mais tranquilho, muito barulho externo no condominio e tbm muitos cachorros nas casas vizinhas, da impresão que fican sizinhos por algum tempo, eu acho.
I am a resident of the place but I expected it to be quieter, a lot of outside noise in the condominium and also a lot of dogs in the neighboring houses, of the impression that they remain alone for some time, I think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O acesso a portaria existe uma rampa muito mal projetada, podendo levar a um acidente. Precisaria de um reparo urgente. Imagino as pessoas limitadas nauela rampa ainda sem corremão.
Access to the entrance is a very poorly designed ramp, which could lead to an accident. It would need an urgent repair. I imagine the people confined on that ramp still without a handrail.
