★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguns meses atrás havia colocado avaliação positiva sobre o local e pelo atendimento, porém, na última quinta-feira dia 18/11/21 minha filha solicitou 2 combos para 4 pessoas pois tínhamos visitas em casa e optamos pelo serviço e produto que sempre atendeu as expectativas...as 20;50 foi informada que a espera seria de 50 a 60 minutos e a entrega foi feita depois de 140 minutos (2h e 20 minutos) onde pouco mais da metade deste tempo (cerca de 1;15 hrs de espera) e depois de cobrar sobre a demora, fomos informados que o pedido havia saído e estava a caminho. Por volta das 23 horas (mais 45 minutos) e depois de reclamar muito o pedido chegou...frio e borrachudo. Infelizmente os outros locais que poderíamos ter sido atendidos estavam fechados. Porque senão teria devolvido o pedido. Falta de respeito e responsabilidade com quem é cliente do estabelecimento desde o início. Acho que se não podia ou não havia capacidade de atender a demanda em um dia que teoricamente seria mais tranquilo então que nao aceitasse o pedido ou falasse a verdade sobre a demora pois ai teriamos a opção de aceitar ou não esperar tanto tempo.
A few months ago I had placed a positive evaluation about the place and the service, however, last Thursday, 11/18/21, my daughter requested 2 combos for 4 people because we had visits at home and we chose the service and product that always met the expectations...at 20;50 it was informed that the wait would be from 50 to 60 minutes and the delivery was made after 140 minutes (2h and 20 minutes) where just over half of this time (about 1;15 hrs of waiting ) and after charging about the delay, we were informed that the order had left and was on its way. Around 11 pm (another 45 minutes) and after complaining a lot, the order arrived...cold and rubbery. Unfortunately, the other places that could have been served were closed. Because otherwise I would have returned the order. Lack of respect and responsibility towards those who are customers of the establishment from the beginning. I think that if I couldn't or wasn't able to meet the demand on a day that theoretically would be calmer, then not accepting the order or telling the truth about the delay because then we would have the option of accepting or not waiting that long.
