I like the proposal of the townhouse condo, it brings a greater feeling of privacy, some fruit trees make up the garden, good pool and party room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento na portaria, salão de festa grande e com estacionamento. As ruas são lindas e as casas também. Sempre visito no condôminio uma familia e fazemos festa lá, não se vê vizinhos chatos reclamando de barulho ou interfonando! Parece ser um bom local pra se morar!
Good service at the concierge, large party room and parking. The streets are beautiful and the houses too. I always visit the condominium family and we have a party there, you don't see annoying neighbors complaining of noise or intercom! Seems like a good place to live!
