★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio organizado. Deveria haver vagas para os visitantes. Há carros de empresas que usam todo espaço para estacionar na frente do condomínio. Isso atrapalha bastante em dias de chuva ☔
Organized condominium. There should be places for visitors. There are company cars that use all the parking space in front of the condominium. This gets in the way a lot on rainy days ☔

Ruim por não ter mais super mercados somente o Extra. Sem outras opção para ir a pé.
Incrível o shopping Continental não ter um mercado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de vizinhos barulhentos, existem duas quadras poliesportivas do condomínio vizinho adjacentes à Torre Sidney onde as pessoas ficam jogando e gritando até 23h e pouco da noite, também há uma comunidade paralela ao residencial com som alto de funk e forró aos finais de semana quase que a noite toda!
In addition to noisy neighbors, there are two sports courts in the neighboring condominium adjacent to the Sydney Tower where people are playing and screaming until 11 pm, there is also a community parallel to the residential with loud funk and forró music on weekends almost all night!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A localização é excelente, próximo do terminal Vila Iara, shopping continental e união, parques, mercados, tudo próximo. Condomínio com uma ótima infraestrutura.
O problema a administração é péssima. Se for comprar ou alugar verifique se sua torre é virada para comunidade, ninguém merece ficar ouvindo funk a noite toda, a vantagem é a vista.
The location is excellent, close to the Vila Iara terminal, continental shopping and union, parks, markets, everything close by. Condominium with an excellent infrastructure.
The problem is the management is terrible. If you are going to buy or rent, make sure your tower is facing the community, no one deserves to be listening to funk all night, the advantage is the view.
