★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local em si é bom e bonito, os porteiros principalmente são bem gentis, porém tenho algumas críticas importantes para serem feitas.
• Quando minha família comprou o apartamento no Via Schnneider disseram que poderíamos instalar ar condicionado onde quiséssemos, mas quando nós nos mudamos disseram que não poderíamos mais, pois era necessário fazer a medição da carga total do prédio. Estamos morando aqui já fazem dois meses, o calor voltou e não temos nenhuma previsão por parte dos responsáveis.
• O valor do condomínio é muito caro para o que oferecem. O elevador do meu bloco dá uma chacoalhadas estranhas todas vez que para, as luzes do hall ficam piscando loucamente durante a noite, não existe uma academia, etc.
• Por algum motivo os jardins são uma exclusividade da entrada do condomínio, naquela região tem muitas flores e arvores, porém no meu bloco mal regam a grama, que está praticamente morta.
Enfim, existem outros tópicos que eu poderia mencionar, mas acho que já ficou bem claro que o local está bem longe de ser compatível com o que cobram de condomínio. Porém, caso algo seja feito a respeito dos problemas que eu mencionei irei atualizar a minha análise, para que a mesma seja compatível com a situação mais atual do local.
The place itself is nice and beautiful, the doormen are mainly very kind, but I have some important criticisms to be made.
• When my family bought the apartment on Via Schnneider they said we could install air conditioning wherever we wanted, but when we moved they said we couldn't anymore as it was necessary to measure the total charge of the building. We've been living here for two months now, the heat has returned and we don't have any forecast from those responsible.
• The condo is very expensive for what they offer. The elevator in my block gives a weird shake every time it stops, the hall lights are blinking crazily at night, there's no gym, etc.
• For some reason the gardens are exclusive to the entrance to the condominium, in that region there are many flowers and trees, but in my block they barely water the grass, which is practically dead.
Anyway, there are other topics I could mention, but I think it is already clear that the location is far from being compatible with what they charge for condominiums. However, if something is done about the problems I mentioned, I will update my analysis so that it is compatible with the most current situation in the place.
