As casas são bem pintadas e de boa aparência, denota ser muito bem administrado pelo síndico, pelo menos é a impressão que me passou quando conheci o local. Acredito que o local é agradável de se morar, mas difícil fazer uma avaliação mais aprofundada em virtude do pouco tempo que passei no local.
Reasonable condo, has a good structure, well organized, spacious and always very clean. The houses are well painted and have a good appearance, it shows that it is very well managed by the superintendent, at least that's the impression I got when I got to know the place. I believe that the place is pleasant to live in, but difficult to make a more in-depth assessment due to the little time I spent there.
