★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é bem localizado, fica no início da avenida independência para quem acessa ela da rodovia Presidente Dutra. As casas são de padrão médio e ainda tem bastante terreno vazio. Tem bastante área com árvores dentro. O ponto negativo é a entrada, você deve acessar o condomínio pela contra mão, e o serviço de portaria eletrônica pode demorar um pouco. Os funcionários que ficam lá não atendem os visitantes.
The condominium is well located, is at the beginning of Avenida Independencia for those who access it from the Presidente Dutra highway. The houses are of medium standard and still have a lot of empty land. There is a lot of area with trees inside.
