★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio muito bom mas as Ruas não tem escoamentos de água tem muita água parada com difícil acesso ao condomínio muito buraco a impressão que devemos e que a rua está abandonada se tornando perigosa Pará os turistas pelas ruas a gente não volta mais não infelizmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar muito bom e aconchegante mas da última vez que estive neste condomínio e eu e minha esposa e mais dois amigos passamos sufoco saímos 8:30 da noite para ir ao supermercado e estava chovendo quando voltamos era 9:30 da noite já não conseguimos mais passar na rua que tem acesso ao condomínio porque estava alagada tivemos que dormir no carro até às 9 horas da manhã esperando a água baixar. A sorte que quando sai do condomínio para ir ao supermercado deixei Meus dois filhos com minha sogra, senão eles também teriam que dormir comigo dentro do carro sem comida sem roupa, porque agente tinha deixado tudo dentro do apartamento. Ainda moradores do bairro falaram que dessa vez a água baixou rápido que da última vez Demorou 48 horas para água baixar, depois fui conversar com o dono do apartamento né que nós tinha perdido um dia na praia ele pegou falou eu não tenho culpa a culpa é da chuva, mas quando ele alugou ele devia ter avisado pelo menos que lá tinha risco de alagamento mas na hora de pegar o dinheiro é assim mesmo não quer nem saber vai pegando dinheiro e f***-se com o resto.
A very nice and cozy place but the last time I was in this condo and my wife and I and two other friends spent a lot of time leaving 8:30 at night to go to the supermarket and it was raining when we got back it was 9:30 at night we couldn't do it anymore pass on the street that has access to the condominium because it was flooded we had to sleep in the car until 9 am in the morning waiting for the water to drop. The luck that when I left the condo to go to the supermarket I left My two children with my mother-in-law, otherwise they would also have to sleep with me in the car without food without clothes, because we had left everything inside the apartment. Still residents of the neighborhood said that this time the water went down fast that last time It took 48 hours for the water to go down, then I went to talk to the owner of the apartment, right? We had lost a day on the beach. from the rain, but when he rented it he should have at least warned that there was a risk of flooding there but when it comes to getting the money it is just like that you don’t even want to know how to get money and f *** yourself with the rest.
