★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem localizado, pé na areia. Os apartamento sao de diferentes proprietários e por isso alguns estão em melhor estado, reformados e bem equipados, outros já são mais antigos e com algumas coisas quebradas.
 Well located, standing on the sand. The apartments belong to different owners and therefore some are in better condition, renovated and well equipped, others are older and some things are broken.

Os apartamentos são bons, porém diferem uns dos outros quanto a localização (lateral piscina, lateral rua, frente mar), mobília, ar condicionado, utensílios, etc.
Vale a pena fazer uma lista de dúvidas e perguntar quando for fazer a reserva.
Porém quanto a localização não deixa dúvidas, é excelente.
O pessoal da administração e portaria atendem muito bem.
Piscina ampla frente mar com atendimento do pessoal do restaurante, servindo porções, almoço e bebidas.
Custo x benefício muito bom.
Recomendo.

The apartments are good, but they differ from each other in terms of location (pool side, street side, sea front), furniture, air conditioning, utensils, etc.
It's worth making a list of questions and asking when booking.
However as the location leaves no doubt, it is excellent.
The administration and concierge staff serve very well.
Large pool in front of the sea with service from the restaurant staff, serving snacks, lunch and drinks.
Very good cost x benefit.
I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pé na areia com piscina, me hospedei 4 vezes, tudo limpinho, tranquilo e bem atendido . não gosto muito da praia é muito inclinada e agitada, mas a hospedagem recomendo.
Foot in the sand with a pool, I stayed 4 times, everything clean, quiet and well attended. I don't really like the beach, it's very steep and hectic, but I recommend the accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voltaremos com certeza! O prédio é muito bem localizado. Pé na areia mesmo. Piscina climatizada, em frente a praia. Funcionários atenciosos e educados. Ficamos no ap. 213, com bom espaço, cozinha equipada, banheiro bom, camas boas, sofá grande na sala, ar condicionados novos. Limpeza de chão e banheiro diária, já inclusa nos serviços. Alugamos com a imobiliária que tem escritório lá dentro. O único ponto negativo é o atendimento no restaurante. Apesar de boas porções e bebidas, esperar a má vontade dos garçons não é fácil.
We will be back for sure! The building is very well located. Foot in the sand. Heated swimming pool, in front of the beach. Attentive and polite staff. We stayed in the app. 213, with good space, equipped kitchen, good bathroom, good beds, large sofa in the living room, new air conditioning. Daily floor and bathroom cleaning, already included in the services. We rent it with the real estate agency that has an office inside. The only downside is the service at the restaurant. Despite good portions and drinks, waiting for the bad will of the waiters is not easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda estamos hospedados no condomínio. Selecionei 9 dias, meados de dezembro. Minha experiência foi boa com o condomínio. Fui sempre muito bem atendida pelo WhatsApp pelo atendente Rodrigo se não me engano. Me deixou pagar 5 parcelas , em 5 meses antes de chegar a data da viagem. Me ajudou bastante. Me deu muitas opções de quartos, muitas informações completas , atendimento raro. Chegando ao condomínio fomos muito bem recepcionados por um senhor de oculos gordinho, muito simpático, acho que o mais simpático do hotel. E subimos para o quarto. O espaço é exatamente oque aluguei. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Serviço de limpeza incluso, mas sou muito exigente, eu precisei limpar todos os dias pois elas não lavam as louças e não deixam rodo nos quartos então precisei comprar rodo e pano de chão e alguns produtos de limpeza. Mas isso já é meu, sou exigente com isso. Mas da pra levar de boa com as limpezas delas. Nao tem máquina de lavar roupa mas tem varal nos quartos agente lavava no banheiro e estendia no varal na sacada. Piscina enorme e limpa muito gostosa. Restaurante do hotel muito bom também. Só não gostei da praia mesmo devido a caída dela. Mas vir pra ubatuba é trilhar roteiros na certa e fazer muitos passeios. Parei 1 dia só na toninhas , os outros 8 dias foram passeando e conhecendo as maravilhas. Vi tanta coisa linda que duvido que irei encontrar algo tão lindo!!! Gratidão define
We are still staying at the condo. I selected 9 days, mid-December. My experience was good with the condo. I was always very well assisted by WhatsApp by Rodrigo, if I'm not mistaken. Let me pay 5 installments, in 5 months before the trip date arrived. Helped me a lot. It gave me a lot of room options, a lot of complete information, rare service. Arriving at the condo we were very well received by a man with chubby glasses, very friendly, I think the friendliest in the hotel. And we went up to the bedroom. The space is exactly what I rented. Everything is very clean and organized. Cleaning service included, but I'm very picky, I had to clean every day as they don't wash the dishes and they don't leave squeegees in the rooms so I had to buy a squeegee and floor cloth and some cleaning products. But that's mine, I'm picky about it. But you can take it easy with their cleaning. It doesn't have a washing machine but it has a clothesline in the rooms, we used to wash it in the bathroom and put it on the clothesline on the balcony. Huge pool and very nice clean. Very good hotel restaurant too. I just didn't like the beach due to its fall. But coming to Ubatuba is certainly following itineraries and taking many tours. I stopped 1 day only in porpoises, the other 8 days were walking around and getting to know the wonders. I saw so many beautiful things that I doubt that I will find something so beautiful!!! gratitude defines
