★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom condomínio, bem administrado e muito bem organizado. Tem boa área de lazer e os apartamentos são bons. É perto de tudo, mercados, farmácias, bancos, padarias, etc. Também fica bem localizado em questão de transporte. O ponto negativo é a subida para chegar aos blocos. Por outro lado, os últimos blocos são bastante silenciosos embora o condomínio fique na Alameda.
Good condominium, well managed and very well organized. It has a good leisure area and the apartments are nice. It is close to everything, markets, pharmacies, banks, bakeries, etc. It is also well located for transportation. The negative point is the climb to reach the blocks. On the other hand, the last blocks are very quiet although the condominium is in Alameda.

Não recomendo morar nos últimos andares, pois são muito quentes. Nem morar nos apts virados para o poente, chega esquentar a parede. O condomínio é de 550 reais, não vejo muita vantagem. A água é 120 reais rateada, pois usa-se água da concessionária para molhar plantas e lavar o condominio. Por fim, estatuto não é bem respeitado. Os porteiros são ótimos, atenciosos, e os colaboradores também.
But there is NO POOL as mentioned!
I do not recommend living on the top floors as they are very hot. Not even living in the west facing apts is enough to heat up the wall. The condo is 550 reais, I don't see much advantage. The water is 120 reais prorated, as water from the concessionaire is used to water plants and wash the condominium. Finally, statute is not well respected. The porters are great, attentive, and the employees too.
