Bad. Lack of organization. The most suitable certainly would schedule each patient with preestablished time. A customer can be more than four hours on hold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar que eu já fui até a UPA fui mais bem atendido,atendentes depois que recebe não sabe de nada não te orientar onde esperar espaço pequeno para muitos pacientes e várias especialidades rsperando no mesmo lugar mais de 30 e não tinha nem lugar ptp sentar fora os vários erros daa atendentes pessimo atendimento só querem o dinheiro a médica era muito educada só ela foi consultório pra fora educação nada uma tv alta e se for falar tudo fico aqui até amanhã
Atendimento não recomendo pena que os médicos não tem culpa dos funcionários não estarem preparados para lidar com o público zero zero educação
Worst place I've ever been to the UPA, I was better served, attendants after you receive it don't know anything don't guide you where to wait for a small space for many patients and several specialties waiting in the same place for more than 30 and there was no place to sit outside the various mistakes of the attendants very poor service they just want the money the doctor was very polite only she went out of the office education nothing a high tv and if i say everything i'll stay here until tomorrow
Attendance do not recommend the pity that the doctors are not to blame for the employees not being prepared to deal with the public zero zero education

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto do atendimento dos médicos as meninas da recepção são ótimas . Médica ótima a pediatra ela olha as crianças pesa mede vê cada pedaço faz todo o histórico da criança estou muito satisfeita. Só o telefone que é difícil atender mas de resto tranquilo.
I like the doctors' service the girls at the reception are great Great doctor the pediatrician she looks at the children weighs measures sees each piece makes the child's history I am very satisfied. Only the phone that is difficult to answer but otherwise easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico ginecologista que me atendeu não foi dos melhores. Deixou a desejar. Achei o atendimento regular. A Dra anterior era bem melhor, muito mais profissional. Esse não me orientou em quase nd, só falou o que eu tinha e perguntou se eu queria que fizesse um procedimento, que tinha que ser feito e eu fui lá pra isso. Depois, tive que procurar outro médico. ?
The gynecologist who treated me was not the best. It left something to be desired. I found the service regular. The previous Dr was much better, much more professional. He didn't guide me in almost any way, he just told me what I had and asked if I wanted him to have a procedure, which had to be done, and I went there for that. Then I had to look for another doctor. ?
