★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mensalidade é um absurdo, e não tem piscina, a quadra está totalmente abandonada e foi retirada as traves. Pra falar a verdade a estão só mamando do nosso dinheiro e não vemos nenhuma mudança!!! Cobram taxas altas quando vão fazer uma reforma, e nem precisava ser descontada pois a mensalidade já é um absurdo. Condomínio jogado as traças!!!!

Porém o q estraga é esse porteiro careca, q não faz o seu serviço direito e além disse faz fofoca da vida dos moradores de cada bloco.... o homem é insuportável.
Fora que parece mais um canil do que um condomínio( tinha aviso que não podia, mas não entendi nada, já que tem mas de 7 animais la)
