★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois das mudanças ocorridas na região , o trânsito foi alterado , deste modo o acesso ao condomínio fico com apenas uma alternativa" falo isso por saber se há outra rota " se vc não tem automóvel , esquece ! O acesso não passa ônibus na porta , somente em uma avenida um pouco deserta pra quem necessita de transporte público . Não possui comércio próximo (padaria , mercadinho ou algo parecido) então vc precisará se organizar para que nada falte em sua casa( ap) ! É um condomínio com um diferencial dos demais pois seu tamanho é relativamente maior que os demais da região .Tem uma arquitetura bonita , imponente , áreas externas arborizada e limpa . Tranquilo para viver !

Muito tranquilo, calmo e gostoso de morar.
Excellent condominium. Very large common area; leisure area with swimming pool for adults and children, sports court, playground, barbecue and events for parties.
Very peaceful, calm and pleasant to live.
