Se a pessoa tem a permissão de entrar andando a pé para fazer uma entrega, ela deve levar a mochila da entrega, e o capacete que lhe pertence, pode está levando em mãos. Porteiro é pago pra abrir e fechar portão, e registrar o veículo do visitante que com a confirmação do morador ele tem a permissão de entrar no condomínio. Porteiro não é pago pra olhar mochilas ou capacetes, pois caso aconteça algo com isso acho que ele não ganha adicionais no pagamento para se responsabiliza de cabideiro né.
Alô síndico, vamos pensar melhor e fazer as coisas direito.
Ou deixa o motoboy entrar, ou não deixa que seria o certo o morador do apartamento pegar sua encomenda lá na entrada. Pq o endereço é lá no portão e não dentro do apartamento.
