★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o prédio não tem infra p festas com som alto ! Inclusive hoje domingo 1 hr da manhã com um som altíssimo atrapalhando o descanso de todos os vizinhos residenciais ! Falta de respeito total !
 Unfortunately the building does not have infra p parties with loud sound! Even today Sunday 1 am in the morning with a loud sound disturbing the rest of all residential neighbors! Lack of total respect!

Great location, I went for a professional appointment. My impressions were the best possible. Clean environment, friendly security guards, friendly staff. Everything as it has to be in any place that has some kind of public service. Congratulations to the team that manages this venture. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edifício bonito, moderníssimo, com elevadores rápidos e com amplo estacionamento pago. Ele não tem muito movimento para um escritório comercial. Há várias empresas ocupando os andares. Os arredores são muito congestionados.
