Funcionários mal educados, nem bom dia, nem boa tarde, nem nada, só pedem seu RG com a cara fechada e um mau humor sem igual. São todos os funcionários, sem exceção! Uma pena que os comerciantes paguem para contar com um serviço de péssima qualidade, vale um treinamento com toda a equipe sobre atendimento ao cliente e empatia ao próximo.
My dentist works in this building and her work is great, but the reception in the building is pitiful! Poorly polite employees, no good morning, no good afternoon, or anything, they just ask for your ID with a frown and an unparalleled bad mood. It's all employees, without exception! It's a shame that merchants pay to have a poor quality service, it's worth training the entire team on customer service and empathy for others.
