★ ★ ★ ★ ★ imobiliaria òtima! gente sèria e bacana, caio diretor da imobiliaria educado gentil e sabe fazer sua atividade muito bem , e a sua equipe tambem desde os corretores secretarias etc... digo isso porque eu comprei com eles 2 casas em sao paulo e eles administram as 2 e outras minhas, se vcs tiverem duvidas sobre documentaçoes eles explicam tudo direitinho com tranquilidade pois eu nao entendo nada de documento e quando comprei com eles o caio e o seu companheiro de equipe ivanor me explicaram tudo e tiraram minhas duvidas, por isso tenho confiança nessa imobilaria porque gente sèria educada que faz as coisas direitinho è muito dificil encontrar por ai. um abraço da andrea e luigi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência como inquilina. Informações incompletas, laudo de vistoria falho e ZERO suporte dentro do prazo informado. Espero sinceramente sair deste imóvel assim que o acordo permitir e certamente nunca mais farei nenhum tipo de acordo intermediado por esta imobiliária.
Bad experience as a tenant. Incomplete information, flawed inspection report and ZERO support within the stated period. I sincerely hope to leave this property as soon as the agreement allows and I will certainly never again make any type of agreement brokered by this real estate company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu imóvel foi alugado há quase 2 meses e até hoje eu não recebi nenhum demonstrativo e nem os comprovantes de depósitos e Pagamentos feitos. Moro fora de São Paulo e não recebo retorno das minhas solicitações, somente desculpas e promessas não cumpridas. Um absurdo!
My property was rented almost 2 months ago and until today I have not received any statement or deposit and payment receipts. I live outside São Paulo and I do not receive feedback from my requests, only apologies and broken promises. Absurd!

Pedi pra que não continuasse sendo atendida por ela e ela foi super ofensiva e ma-educada. Lamentável que encontremos profissionais de tão baixo nível em empresas aparentemente sérias. Lamentável que algumas pessoas confiem a estes profissionais seus imóveis e nome de sua empresa. Lamentável!
Em tempo: agradeço o retorno. entendo perfeitamente o motivo do questionamento e informei à corretora que eu poderia fazer qualquer uma das modalidades de fiança. No entanto, a profissional insistiu com grosseria e em nenhum momento agiu proativamente para acabar com o mal-entendido. Quem fez esse papel fui eu.

Unfortunate that meet the low level professionals in apparently serious businesses. Unfortunate that some people trust these professionals and their real name of your company. Unfortunate!
In time, I appreciate the feedback. I completely understand the question why and told the broker that I could do any of the bail arrangements. However, the professional insisted rudely and at no time acted proactively to end the misunderstanding. Who did this role was me.
