Primeiro condomínio do lado esquerdo de quem vem da Cohama .Dar para ir andando para a academia, lotérica e tem um ponto de ônibus bem próximo ao condomínio. Lembrando que na região que se localiza, tem farmácias (várias) supermercado, salão de beleza, papelaria , petshop, cursinhos, lojas americanas, lojas de cosméticos,ou seja, tudo que vc precisa .
