★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui visitar amigos e me deparei com um belíssimo condomínio de casas Todas Iguais unhas extremamente bem cuidadas em uma comunidade muito próxima uma da outra e todos de portas abertas e muito receptivos as casas tem em torno de 150 m do que me informaram com até três quartos e uma piscina do condomínio realmente grande e muito agradável eu seguramente recomendo a quem vai alugar ou comprar pois é muito bem localizado e perto da praia do Flamengo e muito bem cuidado o condomínio
I went to visit friends and came across a beautiful condominium of houses All the same extremely well manicured nails in a community very close to each other and all with open doors and very receptive the houses are around 150 m from what I was told with up to three bedrooms and a really large and very nice condominium pool I would certainly recommend to anyone who is going to rent or buy it as it is very well located and close to Flamengo beach and the condominium is very well maintained.

Quiet, helpful residents, kind staff. The entire condo is pleasant to be in, especially the leisure area.
