★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio muito legal com casas e ruas bem bonitas. Padrão americano. Bem frequentado, com parquinho infantil e quadra poliesportiva. Vizinhança agradável, educada e com muitas crianças. Faltou somente uma piscina para ficar completo. Ponto negativo: lixeiras fora da área interna do condomínio. É preciso sair pela portaria para dispensar o lixo.
Very nice condominium with beautiful houses and streets. American standard. Well-attended, with a playground and a multi-sports court. Nice neighborhood, polite and with many children. There was only one pool left to complete. Negative point: bins outside the internal area of the condo. You have to leave by the gate to clear the garbage.
