★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura mt antiga, possui diversos problemas. Os prédios mais externos sofrem com a constante poluição sonora, e com a fuligem que vem dos carros. Os inquilinos não são amistosos, e não sabem dialogar sobre os problemas. Só vale a pena pela localização na cidade.
Old mt structure, has several problems. The outer buildings suffer from constant noise pollution and the soot that comes from cars. Tenants are not friendly, and they don't know how to talk about problems. It's only worth it for its location in the city.
