★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro aqui e amo este lugar. Queria morar aqui até a minha morte. É uma cidadezinha organizada. Só saio daqui para trabalhar e resolver assuntos particulares. Aqui tenho silêncio e paz na medida do possível.
 I live here and I love this place. I wanted to live here until my death. It's an organized little town. I only leave here to work and resolve private matters. Here I have silence and peace as far as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é maravilhoso. Os apartamentos são bastante ventilados (pelo menos os 3 que eu fui). Tem bastante espaço para fazer caminhadas. A piscina é grande e muito boa, a água deliciosa para tomar banho.
Em frente tem uma praça com várias opções de comida. Além de padaria, farmácia e lanchonetes/restaurantes que tem perto. Fora o Mercantil, né? Que também é pertinho.
Tem um estacionamento para visitantes que é bastante grande também.
Próxima vez que eu for eu tiro foto do condomínio para vocês verem. Por enquanto só tenho foto da vista do apartamento mesmo.
The condo is wonderful. The apartments are very ventilated (at least the 3 I went to). It has plenty of space for hiking. The pool is large and very good, the water delicious for bathing.
In front there is a square with several options for food. In addition to bakery, pharmacy and snack bars / restaurants nearby. Outside Mercantil, right? Which is also very close.
It has a parking lot for visitors that is quite large as well.
Next time I go I'll take a picture of the condo for you to see. For now, I only have a picture of the apartment view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio muito bonito, amplo, só não sou fan da localização. O trânsito pra chegar até ele é muito estressante. Pra quem tem que passar por isso diariamente não deve ser legal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra quem for alugar existe um regimento interno que não pode instalar Central de Ar Split pelo “buraco” da caixa daqueles Ar condicionado antigos (chamado de Janela). Querem que instale o antigo barulhento e alto gasto de energia. Pra instalar um Split no quarto? Tem que sair furando 4 paredes da casa para passagem da tubulação pra instalar A Unidade de Saída na varanda. Aumenta o gasto da mão de obra e perde sua varanda. Outros condomínio não tem essa proibição.
For those who are renting there is an internal regulation that cannot install Central Air Split through the “hole” of those old air conditioners box (called Window).
