★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio excelente custo benefício, com segurança total, ótimo para quem tem filhos pequenos e adolescentes, pois o condomínio oferece laser a céu aberto para todos, inclusive para os adultos. Ampla área verde, com diversas opções de laser. O ponto negativo é a falta de uma área para churrasco, pois não falta espaço, mas por regra não é permitido. No mais, para quem quer morar em um lugar onde segurança e organização funciona, coberto de muito verde, próximo a diversas opções de comércio, supermercado, shopping, padaria, academias, escolas, a um custo baixo, esse é lugar para se viver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A administração do condomínio evoluiu muito de uns anos pra cá. Minha mãe (77 anos) adora morar lá. Parabenizo em especial o segurança Manoel (alemão) que está lá há 15 anos e é uma excelente pessoa.
