Após entrega das chaves, constatei que o empreendimento é muito bem construído, área gourmet, piscina, bicicletário, mini campo sintético, play ground, 6 elevadores para casa torre, perto de pontos importantes, vista linda para represa face Guarapiranga, vista linda face para Veleiros, Rio Jurubatuba, Shopping SP, Santo Amaro, e também represa.
Gostei muito do localização e toda infra, que a Ezetec fez, além da facilidade de transporte público, acessos a Marginal Pinheiros, Av. Washington Luis, Guido Caloi e Adolfo Pinheiro.
Melhor prédio da região do distrito da Capela do Socorro.

I really liked the location and all the infrastructure that Ezetec made, in addition to the ease of public transport, access to Marginal Pinheiros, Av. Washington Luis, Guido Caloi and Adolfo Pinheiro.
Best building in the Capela do Socorro district.
