★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já reclamei várias vezes. Área do cliente no site não funciona "page not found". Eles não enviam email com o condomínio e nem por correios. Não coloquem seu imóvel para ser administrado pela CONECTA. Dá mais dor de cabeça do que administrar sozinho.
I've complained several times. Client area on the website does not work "page not found". They do not send email with the condominium or by post. Do not put your property to be managed by CONECTA. It gives more headache than administering alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava interessada num imóvel para alugar. Eles juntam um monte de interessados de uma vez. Marcam uma hora e só depois que chegam todos que aparece o corretor com as chaves do imóvel. Vi o corretor trocar murmúrios com um interessado como se tivesse o privilegiando. No momento que chegou deu beijinhos na pessoa. Bem constrangedor....
Péssimos em atendimento por telefone. Demoram que pra agendar uma visita e parece que não querem alugar. Me senti muito desconsiderado pela administradora. Não sabem trabalhar... lamentável.
I was interested in a property for rent. They bring together a lot of stakeholders at once. They mark an hour and only after everyone arrives that the broker appears with the keys to the property. I saw the broker exchange murmurs with an interested party as if privileging him. The moment he arrived he kissed the person. Very embarrassing ....
Bad phone service. They take time to schedule a visit and it seems they do not want to rent. I felt very disregarded by the administrator. They don't know how to work ... unfortunate.
