★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorte a sua, pois no meu caso, embora no primeiro momento tenha sido bem atendida, no decorrer do meu relacionamento com essa Administradora, foi tudo péssimo! pela falta de zelo e cuidados que deveriam ter com meu patrimônio, vindo a me causar um prejuízo de mais de cr$ 50.000,00, deixando correr solto a inadimplência do inquilino, que além de deixar de pagar 20 meses dos 30 do contrato, e que ao deixar meu imóvel, deixou completamente danificado, além de levar tds as lâmpadas, puxando fiação, trocando as torneiras de metal por de plástico, deixando a pia de mármore de 1ª qualidade e de material como é o mármore, cheio de partes quebradas, etc... e ainda me passando a informação que provavelmente terei que amargar todo esse prejuízo, porque as inquilinas não tem bens para ressarcir o os prejuízo , e que a lei infelizmente (Lei 8245/91) funciona assim mesmo. Como pode ver, nem todo mundo tbm a mesma sorte, portanto é muito bom tomar todos os cuidados antes que fazer negocio com eles, principalmente buscando conhecer a lei, seus direitos, e outras opiniões a respeito, para não ter a mesma sorte que eu em confiar cegamente no serviços oferecidos.
Ah! o Processo esta na justiça desde 20/03/2019 (Processo No 0006999-58.2019.8.19.0208), isso porque faço parte dos que tem "prioridade" na justiça.
Faço esse alerta apenas para que tomem todo cuidado possível , não se deixem levar pela capa do livro, conheça o conteúdo.
