★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Não recomendo pra ninguém. Deixei meu celular para consertar o touch e ficou por mais de três dias. Com algumas semanas apresentou problemas, levei porque estava na garantia ficou lá por mais de 2 meses e o celular apagou total, ficaram de consertar, sempre me pedindo prazos e dizendo que nao conseguiram, depois de 2 meses me cobraram $360 pra consertar um problema causado por eles. Paguei para não ter mais dor de cabeça. Pois meu celular parou de funcionar o Wifi. Levei em outra assistência pra conseguir consertar meu celular. Sem contar que o atendimento é péssimo, funcionários super arrogantes! Fujam dessa assistência! Ratifico que meu celular foi entregue ligando só não funcionava o touch. Quando apareceu problema no visor retornei, depois de vários dias me informaram que o aparelho não estava mais ligando, o problema aconteceu com o celular ainda nas mãos do funcionário/dono da loja. Só consegui consertar meu apareljo em outra autorizada.

Not to mention that the service is terrible, super arrogant employees! Escape this assistance! I confirm that my cell phone was delivered by calling just the touch did not work. When a problem appeared on the display, I returned, after several days they informed me that the device was no longer calling, the problem happened with the cell phone still in the hands of the employee / store owner. I was only able to repair my equipment with another authorized one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu aparelho deu defeito na quinta feira, no fim da tarde, na sexta começava o lockdown e eu fiquei desesperada achando que não ia ter como consertar tão cedo. No domingo encontrei o insta da Conecta Imports, mandei msg e de imediato fui respondida já marcando a coleta do meu aparelho pra segunda feira. Na quarta pela manhã recebi em casa meu celular consertado, funcionando muito bem. Gostaria de agradecer o serviço feito em meu aparelho. Primeiras 24 hrs com ele e tá perfeito. Sem dúvidas, é uma excelente empresa com o melhor preço da cidade. Obrigada ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO INDICO PRA NINGUÉM. O atendimento e o serviço são péssimos! Já tive que retornar com meu aparelho 4 vezes e os serviços feitos nunca dura mais do que 24 horas. Resumindo, já têm 30 Dias que meu aparelho está com eles . Paguei 380,00 para ser feito um reparo na placa e dias depois o aparelho apresentou outro defeito e segundo eles não tinha nada haver com o serviço realizado. Sendo assim me cobraram mais 100,00 para troca da bateria e de nada adiantou o aparelho continuou com defeito. Já gastei 480,00 e nada de resolver meu problema. O dono ainda por cima acha ruim quando o cliente insatisfeito vai as redes sociais da loja reclamar, além de excluir meu comentário ainda me mandou várias mensagens via whatsapp reclamando da minha reclamação pode isso?! O dono chega a ser mais despreparado do que os próprios funcionários.

Serviço lixo em 4 meses o display descolou e deu problema e eles simplesmente não deram atenção ao meu problema, se ausentarão dizendo que tinha passado a garantia do aparelho.
PRODUTO DE PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE E FALTA DE SUPORTE AO CLIENTE.
