Primeiro deram a desculpa de que a falha era pq meu roteador só tinha uma antena, comprei um c duas, depois disseram que não tava funcionando pela distância entre o roteador e a tv ( que é de menos de 5 metros), fiquei 3 dias seguidos entrando em contato por telefone e sendo enrolada, isso quando me respondiam.... Quando tentei agendar o cancelamento da rede, me enrolaram de novo querendo mandar outro técnico p resolver não sei o que. No final das contas 5 dias sem acesso e sem nenhuma resposta plausível do que de fato estava atrapalhando a rede
WANT A HEADACHE? HIRE THIS INTERNET, THE INTERNET IS TERRIBLE! First they gave the excuse that the failure was because my router only had one antenna, I bought one with two, then they said it wasn't working because of the distance between the router and the tv (which is less than 5 meters), I stayed 3 days in a row getting in touch by phone and being tricked, that's when they answered me.... When I tried to schedule the cancellation of the network, they tricked me again, wanting to send another technician to solve I don't know what. At the end of the day, 5 days without access and without any plausible answer as to what was actually disrupting the network
