Conexão caindo a todo momento, até a página no Instagram tiraram do ar pois estavam tendo muita reclamação, isso só prova que não querem resolver o problema dos consumidores. Essa empresa só quer ganhar o bom que estão chegando outras empresas na rua.
Think of a junk internet, unsupported, moody technicians.

Mas só piora cada mes tenho mais problema e o atendimento esta cada vez pior são dias sem internet e o pior sem atendimento. Não se interessa em atender o consumidor. É péssima eu não indico. Pior que ja indiquei para pessoas que contrataram.
The worst customer service experience I have ever had. At first it was very good.
But it only gets worse every month I have more problems and the service is getting worse are days without internet and the worst without service. It is not interested in serving the consumer. It sucks I do not indicate. Worse than I already indicated to people who hired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ja tenho um ano ou mais essa internet do primeiro dia que foi estalada na minha casa ja deu problema logo no inicio ai nao parou mais tanto que ja reclamei eles fala que resolve mais volta fica lenta cai toda hora desde quando foi estalada so veio uma ou duas vezes aqui e fala que ta normal ja pedi pra troca os aparelhos e nada nao recomendo muito ruim

Lousy, run away, worst experience I've had, they don't respond, they don't support, when they answer it's almost the other day, my internet is coming in 0.99 megs being paid for the 60's, I can't even access anything.
