★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso a Internet a muito tempo porém de um dias pra cá a Internet tá oscilando muito as vezes não carrega nem um vídeo nas redes sociais.. o pessoa do suporte são muito atencioso sempre a disposição pra resolver qualquer problema fora isso a velocidade é boa quando não está funcionando

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!!!!! Pelo menos 2 vezes na semana fica sem internet, manda msg no WhatsApp sempre quem inicia o atendimento passa pra outro. Só essa semana fiquei sem internet 2 dias. Ou melhoram ou vão perder muitos clientes.
Awful!!!!!! At least 2 times a week, there is no internet, send a message on WhatsApp whenever the person who initiates the service passes to another. Just this week I was without internet for 2 days. Either they improve or they will lose a lot of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive muitos problemas, mas sempre que entrei em contato foi me disponibilizado suporte e tive até que falar com um supervisor, hj reduzi minha velocidade ainda tenho uns picos de queda, mas melhorou comparado com antes

I've been using the Internet for almost 2 years and I've never had any problems, when something happens with the wires on the streets, for example, the team always comes and fixes it quickly. Staff always polite and ready to serve you. I highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso a internet a 3 anos, nunca tive problema em relação a velocidade, mesmo antes da fibra chegava o contratado, via cabo chega até mais, quando preciso de suporte me atendem em menos de 24hs, as vezes até no mesmo dia que foi o caso de um domingo. Pra quem já sofreu muito com operadora em questão de velocidade, prazo, mal humor de atendente a Praimetell me surpreendeu.
I've been using the internet for 3 years, I've never had a problem with speed, even before the fiber arrived, the contracted party, via cable it gets even more, when I need support, they answer me in less than 24 hours, sometimes even on the same day that was the case of a Sunday. For those who have suffered a lot with the operator in terms of speed, deadline, bad mood of the attendant, Praimetell surprised me.
