★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito extrema com o consumidor. Informaram que a mangueira ficaria pronto em uma hora. Aguardei por uma hora e ao retornar a loja informaram que ficaria pronto somente de tarde!!!! Sem profissionalismo e desrespeito total. Nao aconselho a ninguem!
Continuação: para piorar as coisa nao entraram em contato na parte de tarde e quando liguei, ja proximo do fim do dia por volta de 17:00, disseram que so ficaria pronto no dia seguinte!!! Tem como ser pior!!
Estou torcendo para pelo menos a que a mangueira nao apresente vazamento!!!
Extreme lack of respect for the consumer. They said the hose would be ready in an hour. I waited for an hour and when I returned to the store they said it would be ready only in the afternoon!!!! Unprofessional and completely disrespectful. I don't advise anyone!
Continuation: to make things worse, they didn't get in touch in the afternoon and when I called, near the end of the day around 17:00, they said it would only be ready the next day!!! It can't be worse!!
I'm hoping at least the hose doesn't leak!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei fazer um aeroquip para um veículo, tendo um outro como referência. O atendente deu garantia que não haveria problema na conexão. Ao colocar no carro ocorreu vazamento de óleo e comuniquei ao vendedor o fato. Ele assegurou que bastava retirar e levar na loja. Assim que o mecânico retirou levei na loja, mas eles colocaram numa máquina e disseram que não tinha problema com o Aeroquip e não resolveram. Acharam que pagaria o produto, mão de obra e devolveria a peça sem motivo. Fiquem atentos ao mandar fazer uma peça baseada em outra. Se der problema, provavelmente, alegarao que cliente está errado.
I had an aeroquip made for one vehicle, with another as a reference. The attendant gave assurance that there would be no problem with the connection. When I put it in the car there was an oil leak and I told the seller the fact. He assured that it was enough to pick up and take it to the store. As soon as the mechanic took it, I took it to the store, but they put it in a machine and said they had no problem with the Aeroquip and they didn't solve it. They thought they would pay for the product, labor and return the part for no reason. Stay tuned when ordering a piece based on another one. If there is a problem, you will probably claim that the customer is wrong.
