Demoraram quase três meses para consertarem minha panela elétrica Philco em garantia. Ainda me devolveram cheio de marcas e arranhões que infelizmente só vi depois quando cheguei em casa e nada pude fazer (fiquei com esse prejuízo). Eles não entram em contato, você que tem que ficar ligando atrás deles.
Atualização: Fiz uma nova visita, dessa vez para reparo fora de garantia e eles responderam que simplesmente não realizam nenhum serviço fora de garantia. No caso, era só para tentar remover a tampa da panela que ficou presa mal encaixada. Eles me indicaram ir na outra autorizada, chamada ELETROTEK, e essa sim eu indico! Pois, além de consertarem rapidamente e DE GRAÇA a minha panela, demonstraram ter uma estrutura muito melhor, com estacionamento, ar condicionado, água para os clientes. São infinitamente melhores que essa lojinha "Carvão Rio peças" que oferece um PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.

It took them nearly three months to get my Philco crockpot repaired under warranty. They even returned me full of marks and scratches that unfortunately I only saw later when I got home and I couldn't do anything (I was left with this loss). They don't get in touch, you have to keep calling after them.
Update: I visited again, this time for out-of-warranty repair and they replied that they simply don't do any out-of-warranty service. In this case, it was just to try to remove the lid of the pan that got stuck in the wrong place. They told me to go to the authorized one, called ELETROTEK, and this one I recommend! Because, in addition to fixing my pan quickly and for FREE, they showed a much better structure, with parking, air conditioning, water for customers. They are infinitely better than this little store "Carvão Rio Peças" which offers TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Horrible, bad service, a scolding lady did everything she could to not get my product that was under Electrolux warranty. It seems like I was asking her for a favor. I don't recommend it even to my enemy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei uma maquina da karcher para conserto e meio a garantia, fui bem atendido pela atendente, máquina consertada em tempo real e testado ok no ato pelo técnico, só uma cabeça branca que não surgiu no ato que acredito não saber o significado de um bom dia e uma ótima tarde.
